[attr="class","revcallpersonality1"] The very first thing you should know about Chaosmonger is that he is extremely bipolar. Bipolar disorder is a condition in which people go back and forth between periods of very good or irritable moods and depression. It is assumed that he was born this way and that the things he has been through in life has caused the disorder to exacerbate through intense psychological damage, he believes that he will be this way for the rest of his life. [break][break] What this means for his day to day is as simple as he is a bit more prone to exaggerated feelings then others are. Meaning he can go days exceedingly happy then shift to a more downtrodden mood which dives deeper and deeper into a depressed state making him more irritable; which due to other factors of his personality causes him to want to kill to get happy again.[break][break] When irritated or going through one of his fits of depression his short temper is on full display lashing out at anyone who bothers him. Lashing out can mean simply an attitude or irate screaming and yelling depending on how deep he is within his funk. When in a good mood his more jovial and hyper nature can be seen on full display. He becomes the life of the party, quick with a compliment and always willing to lend a helping hand. To those that know him know that these days are more common than the bad days and are much more frequent than the more dangerous days.[break][break] On the dangerous days the "mood swings" between mania and depression can be very quick. His Bipolar causes him to bounce between the two extremes of overly gleeful and overly enraged due mainly to the fact that his depression sets off his already quick temper.[break][break] While on paper this would seem like a real hindrance it has shown to be quite the asset during combat as it focuses his mind on the subject at hand (since it is what is causing the issue) allowing him to stay relevant within combat even when his mood swings to the worst case scenario (This has not happened to him in several years as he has gained a portion of control over his mood swings and is learning to deal with them better though it is still something that could happen).[break][break] The signs of bipolarity started to show when he was old enough to show signs of his personality. Upon finding out that he had the disorder his father found ways of using it to get him to do as he wanted making him his prized little weapon. These methods were things like getting him mad but then giving him candy treats and extra free time whenever he took his frustrations out on the other children, to causing him great pain and denying him meals for showing mercy. [break][break] He also shows slight signs of Antisocial Personally Disorder or APD. Regardless of how it sounds this does not stop him from being social with others, however, it does stop him from playing nice most of the time, Antisocial personality disorder is a mental health condition in which a person has a long-term pattern of manipulating, exploiting, or violating the rights of others. This also comes with a lack of guilt and empathy making it hard for him to recognize when he is hurting someone whether it be physically or emotionally, no matter if it is friend or foe.[break][break] He has circumvented this during sparring and training with others by issuing a safe word to say if he begins to get overzealous. Due to his sparring partners using the safe word he has gotten better at recognizing these signs and while he has not needed to implement the safe word in a long time it is still a practice that he keeps just in case.[break][break] He is as ruthless and sadistic as a serial killer, having no qualms with claiming the lives of his victims. He derives a demented form of amusement from others' suffering, apparently due to the way his father taught him by forcing him to fight other children and rewarding him with treats for being merciless even going so far as to drug him into feeling euphoric when hurting or killing others and shocking and causing pain for showing mercy, because of this he is now lethally addicted to the action of murdering others. Although he has limited himself to only killing those who are deemed worthy of killing, because of this to an outsider it would seem as if he has two very distinctive personalities though this is not the case. [break][break] These "alternate personalities" manifest themselves in his battle style, as when he is “winning” he is much more happy and playful, though when he is “losing” he turns violent and serious. This change can also be brought on by huge damage or a traumatic event. However, this is not multiple personalities the effect of the Bipolarity causing erratic and almost 180 mood shifts as well as the APD which changes the way he speaks depending on his mood as well as the way he treats people causes the mood swings to seem as if he turns into a completely different person. Though the changes are not always quick they can be in the heat of battle making his opponent think that he has multiple personalities. [break][break] This coupled with the fact that he is not capable of guilt or empathy makes him an excellent killer and an inefficient torturer because if you don’t know you’re hurting someone what is there to make you stop. As he learned to control his skills he became better suited to dealing with his mental affliction meaning that at times he can control his mood swings and reign himself into a healthy middle ground though he has not learned to control himself fully during battle. Because of this control he has seemingly gained a third more calm personality that he adopts on a day to day. However, no matter how he is feeling he is always kind and loving to children, especially those who wish to become villains one day. Who for some reason has the ability to calm him as well as keep him in a good mood.

Ryu's life began when a quirk obsessed sociopath brought a meek brainwashed sex slave because he felt that her quirk was amazing and that the kids they had would have very strong quirks. He wasted no time in impregnating the women using his quirk to phase through her body and place his sperm directly into her uterus making it more likely that one of her eggs would be fertilized (this was painful for her but he did not care). As the pregnancy took the man who Ryu knew only as Lord Father was elated that he would be having twins which meant at least one of them would have an amazing quirk and at best they both would. Having done research that late term babies are more likely to be exceptional he did everything in his power (which was a lot as he is super rich) to prolong the pregnancy, including but not limited to controversial medicines and avoiding stress inducing tasks. After 375 days (a little over 12 months) Ryu's mother whom he'd know as slave gave birth to twins.[break][break]

Lord Father waited seven years for his children's quirk to manifest, but when none did he was outraged and disappointed but would not be party to raising weak children, as such he began training them while also attempting to impregnate slave the old fashioned way (claiming that maybe it was the way he impregnated her that was the issue). The training was vigorous and was just a thin veil over the fact that their father hated that they seemingly had no quirk and wanted to abuse them. After three years of intense training and abuse it seemed that prolonging the gestation period had indeed made the children exceptional as they were now able to fight on par with their father who himself was pretty strong. Ryu who was the more abrasive and rash twin decided that he would no longer take the abuse sitting down and would kill their father. It was when he started making the plan to defeat his father that he awakened his quirk inside of him it was a quirk that their father would have never found out about or respected but one that fit Ryu perfectly.[break][break]

After some meditation and soul searching Ryu figured he was ready and that he had control over his quirk enough to do it, so at the start of their training Ryu no longer held back and pressed Lord Father just as much as he pressed them. Eventually he was able to subdue his father and when he was lying on the ground unconscious Ryu shocked his twin by ripping the quirk out of his father's body and stabbing him several times with basic kitchen knives watching the life drain out of him slowly. He had not shared his quirk with his twin because he did not wish to make his twin feel bad for not having a quirk, however, he had a fix for this and decided he would give the quirk to his twin as Ryu wanted nothing to do with it. He did not ask his twin if they wanted the quirk but after he confirmed that Lord Father was indeed dead he shoved the man's quirk into the body of his twin. Ryu did not know if the process hurt his twin but he figured if it made him stronger it was worth it.[break][break]

It was during the explanation of what he did to Lord Father and what it meant for his twin when Slave walked in with lunch, Ryu despised how brainwashed and weak she was for never trying to fight back or escape. Seeing her master dead and hearing that it was her son that did it was too much for Slave so she picked up one of Ryu's knives and slit her own throat in order to be with Lord Father as he was the only one who could provide for her. As she was dying Ryu figured it would be a shame to let her quirk go to waste so he took hers as well with plans on giving that one to his twin as well as who the power came from disgusted him just as much as the first quirk he took. Without waiting to see how his twin felt about all of this Ryu left deciding it would probably be best if he started his life elsewhere.[break][break]

He decided he would head toward Zanzabar as they had a pretty strong gang of villains that he could take on, he was sure they would have a few quirks he could use. He arrived a 12 year old boy who was exceedingly well trained and dangerously smart with a mental illness that set him up to be an incredible villain. He started by biding his time and learning everything he could about the undying predators while also keeping word out for his twin who it seemed had become a hero which was disappointing but not surprising, they loved each other but they could never see eye to eye with one another which caused them to also hate on another. Ryu using his families vast wealth was able to commission a three piece suit that would act as lightweight flexible armor, as well as a few throwing knives and daggers to complete his arsenal. Using his charm he was able to learn quite a lot about the gang before deciding to strike, by this time he was fifteen years old The fight did not last long and the abandoned warehouse they were using as a base was easy to infiltrate. Turned out that he only wanted one quirk and it was the leader's.[break][break]

After destroying the largest gang in the north their was a power vacuum that the powers that be assumed would mean their was peace for a time as none of the other smaller gangs had the manpower to fill the gap just yet, however, they were wrong as Chaosmonger (as Ryu was now called) would sow chaos throughout Zanzabar destroying anyone who dared called themselves villains while attempting to get a handle on the quirk he picked up which was proving to be quite difficult. It was around this time that the meeting was held the treaty signed and the four columns of power created. Chaosmonger was invited albeit just a gang of one and only fifteen years old he held enormous influence in the region. Although he did not wish to sign at first he decided to in the end as it would mean he would be allowed to hunt down the other gangs in his territory and so long as he did not cross the line established in the treaty the World Police would not be able to go after him which was good as he was not ready to tangle with the upper ranks of the QTF. It's been 15 years and Chaosmonger has gotten rid of all the smaller gangs that could have been a threat in his territory while also training his new quirk it took him some time to get to the point where he could use it like second nature and as such he has yet to develop any battle techniques with it. He has gotten to the point where he is ready for the second part of his plan which is recruitment.[break][break]

Combat Abilities

Physical Prowess[break]
Chaosmonger was raised quirk-less as his quirk was not one that is easily recognizable. His father who was obsessed with power trained him and his twin to be able to fight on par with those with destructive quirks with their bare hands. Because of this Chaosmonger has amazing physical ability with amazing strength, speed, agility, and endurance. He is especially good at fighting multiple enemies at once and using his intellect to find weaknesses and exploit them to defeat his opponent(s) with as little work as possible on his part.[break][break]

Quirk Prowess[break]
His quirk is not one that can be used during combat well. As such he has learned to rely on the combat training his abusive father gave him. After gaining the quirk of a villain he defeated he has just gotten to the point where he could use his quirk naturally as if it were second nature to him. He has not yet gotten to the point where he created battle techniques with it but with his intellect, he is able to use it when he really needs it to pull off abilities that were once not possible to him.[break][break]

All For One

All For One allows the user to steal other people's Quirks and wield these stolen powers as their own or to transfer them to someone else. The process of giving and taking away Quirks is done through the consumption of DNA and cannot be done by force unless the Quirk holder is killed or recently dead. People who have their Quirks stolen retain their Quirks, mutant type quirks give the user the mutant appearance whenever they access said quirk but when they aren't they revert to their normal looking self. Meanwhile, Quirkless people who receive a Quirk through All For One become capable of manifesting all of its attributes, though oddly enough giving someone a quirk can be done through force so long as the person giving up the quirk is doing so willingly. Giving a quirk that was not an original quirk of the user's body will remove the ability to use that quirk from them and all of the said abilities, including mutant characteristics.[break][break]

Rarely, a Quirk granted by this ability can blend together with the original Quirk of the target, creating an entirely new one, as shown with One For All.  All For One can be used to combine several Quirks in order to create devastating techniques, which would normally not be possible with the usage of only one Quirk. Also transferring All For One itself is possible, though the person who gets it does not receive any of the quirks that the original All for one user had, and that user dies from the transfer.[break][break]

There are some limitations to the Quirk. Not all recipients of a Quirk from All For One are able to handle the strain of gaining them. Subsequently, they may become mindless dolls, who are not able to speak or think for themselves.  The effectiveness of the Quirks that are stolen by All for One depends on the user's own abilities. Requiring training and knowledge to use correctly just like any other quirk.[break][break]

At this rank, the user can switch between quirks within the same post but can only use 5 quirks in total a day. There is also a limit to how many quirks one can take a day (1) and how many ones can give a day (1). The effectiveness of the Quirks that are stolen by All for One depends on the user's own abilities. Requiring training and knowledge to use correctly just like any other quirk. What this means ICly is that upon acquiring a quirk the user will not have access to said quirk and will have to train it up to E rank to access it. [break][break]

Relative Omnipresence[break]
The first quirk that Chaosmonger stole and kept for himself. This quirk allows him to create a transparent substance that he can control at will. The substance is an extension of himself allowing him to occupy more than one space at a time hence the name. When left somewhere Chaosmonger can tune in to the surroundings around where the substance was left as well as appear there suddenly due to technically occupying that space as well. He can also cover things in this substance to bring them to him or send them somewhere else the substance was left. passively there is no limit to the distance however once he becomes engaged in battle the amount of concentration the battle takes only allows him to use the substance within a 10km distance of where he is. When in battle he can either pool the substance out giving it a greater distance or partition it to give it greater speed. The drawback of the substance is that if one were to look carefully it could be tracked allowing one to know all space you occupy and potentially use it against you.[break][break]

Special Traits

Battle Genius[break]
Chaos is one of if not the smartest people in laylandry. Most people think that he is either extremely brilliant or completely insane which is the norm for someone of his intelligence. Though intelligence like his is not always good that fact that he can easily grasp concepts that seem difficult to others make it so that concepts that seem like common sense to others completely stymies him. Chaos's ability to think on his feet is so impressive that he could think of ten scenario's and proceed with the one that he feels is the best in such a short time that people believe him to be moving off instinct alone. While this ability is only as good as his intelligence (due to the fact that thinking up 100 stupid plans really fast benefits no one) he was is lucky enough to be quite intelligent. With these two abilities combined he has become one of the best battle tacticians in the world.[break][break]

Charming[break]
Chaos is an unparalleled orator when compared to other villains, capable of spinning eloquence or humor into an offhand comment and prone to making grand, moving speeches off the top of his head. He uses this skill to charm the masses to stir them up and get their heart pumping. He has more than once used his elocution to get the masses behind a task that they normally would be against which is how is so quickly found information on rival gangs. However his grandiloquence is not just wasted on the masses as he uses it even in a one on one tone. In these instances he is able to argue and or debate with the best of them. While maintaining his cool, he is rather adept at philosophical arguments, swiftly seeing the cracks in any opponent's logic without missing a beat in conversation. This helps him by allowing him to talk his way out of most situations as well as sway both PC's and NPCs to his way of thinking. While it does not always work those of weak mind or low intelligence are much more likely to succumb to his charm[break][break]

Close Up Magic[break]
Something that Chaos has had since birth is surprisingly quick hands. Not only quick but deft and agile as well he is able to perform complex hand movements swiftly and cleanly, so much so that it appears his hands have disappeared or did not move at all. He decided to supplement and train the skill with close up magic and has become so adept at it that he has begun to implement it in his fighting style. Using his intellect his close up magic and his stolen quirk together makes him hard to figure out and almost impossible to beat because of it.

Family Wealth[break]
Chaos's family is filthy rich, and with both of his parents dead the massive fortune is split between him and his twin. Even half of the fortune is enough to make Chaos insanely rich, especially because he has inexpensive needs. He mainly uses his riches to open doors that he finds that his charm cannot. Like buying the abandoned warehouse from the city of Zanzabar so that they would not tear down the hideout he stole from the undying predators. When he was first getting started he also used his wealth to curry favor with influential people so that they would owe him a favor, favors he collected to bring himself more influence and power in the city. Things such as turning off the power to a rival gangs hideout before he stormed it so or even having the guards of the bank switch shifts even though the train holding their replacement was stopped so that no one was guarding the bank is easy for him to make happen.[break][break]

Four Columns Influence[break]
His influence skyrocketed as a member of the four columns. He has called in favors from the chief of the world police in order to help him track rival gang members down. As well as had a whole division of the QTF look the other way as he hung the leader of a rival gang in the street. This things gave him an air of untouchable-ness that makes him feel like a god that cannot be touched. This coupled with his charm and vast wealth makes it seem like going up against him is impossible.[break][break]

Symbol of Chaos[break]
Chaosmonger, true to his name is not all bad. Which is the nature of chaos itself, its random and cannot be predicted, he is just as likely to blow up a hospital as he is to donate millions of dollars to it (both of which he has done in the pass). It is said that he is the Symbol of Chaos, he embodies chaos so much that those going against him can feel the aura of chaos seeping into their very souls. This can shake the determination and focus of lesser people breaking their will to fight completely, or it can invigorate others as besting him is a surefire way to get your name heard across the world.
